Living on the farm

We offer bed & breakfast in 4 comfortably furnished double rooms in the attic with a splendid view to the mountains and our green surroundings, we have an appartement situated on the first floor of our 400 years old farm house in the middle of meadows, grape and apple fields, below the wonderful high plains of S. Genesio.

• For each person more we ask a supplement of 15 - 20 more euros
• Breakfast costs 8- 10 euro per person
• Costs are per person per night
• City tax per person per night is not included in the price
• Check-in time: 15.00 – 22.00 o’clock
• Check-out time: 7.30 - 10.00 o’clock
• Payment in cash at arrival or bank-transfer
• We ask deposit of 30%
• Parking is free
• WI-FI is free when working
• Non smoking
• camping stove not allowed
• you can have dinner or other meals in our restaurant
• pets are not allowed
• please communicate your arrival time
• please ring for a long time and wait for us – our main work is outside - we might be in the garden, cellar, heating-room … (THANK YOU!)
